    EXCHANGES -- May be made by returning your item PLUS $10.00 CASH *we do not accept checks* plus $3.00 per additional item. These costs cover re-sending your items. Send the exchange item(s) and cash to S&G CLOTHING EXCHANGES, 2496 SUTTER ST, SAN FRANCISCO, CA, 94115. Please enclose your invoice & a note with your Name, Shopping Cart ID, your mailing address, your phone number, and your top three exchange choices.

    RETURNS -- Are allowed for DAMAGED items only. In the event that you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please call our customer support number at : 415-867-5547 or email us at sequoiaandgita@gmail.com

    RETURNS can be addressed to S&G CLOTHING RETURNS, 2496 SUTTER ST, SAN FRANCISCO, CA, 94115. Please enclose your invoice & a note with your Name, Shopping Cart ID, your mailing address, and your phone number.

    CANCELLATIONS -- To cancel an order you have placed with S&G Clothing, you must contact customer support by email sequoiaandgita@gmail.com or by phone 415-867-5547. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

    Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to EXCHANGE the item. For EXCHANGES, see our EXCHANGE Policy as listed above.

    SHIPPING POLICY -- All items indicated to be in ­stock are shipped on the following business day.

    A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the UPS tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to UPS, and based on the shipping method you selected).

    SPECIAL ORDERS -- All special orders will be delivered within 6-8 weeks of the order. Once construction has begun, special orders cannot be CANCELED. EXCHANGES are allowed for damaged items only. Because special order items are made specifically for you, you cannot EXCHANGE or RETURN the item unless the item is damaged.

    IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as ?in­ stock? when you place your order may, in fact, be out ­of ­stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.

    REFUNDS -- Refunds can be received up to 10 days after receiving the item. You must contact us within 10 days or else you will be unable to receive your refund even if you have a valid reason. Contact us at 415-867-5547 or sequoiaandgita@gmail.com

    The only instance where refunds will be granted is in the event that a product is damaged. The customer must send the item back to our warehouse where we will confirm the item is in fact damaged. Once we have confirmed the damage, please allow 2 weeks for money to post back to your account.

    If an item is the wrong size it will be classified as an EXCHANGE and not a REFUND.
